In collaboration with the Institute for Medical Research (IMR) and the National Institute for Natural Products, Vaccinology and Biologicals (NINPVB), a pilot trial for AIDS patients was conducted to assess the efficacy of Autoimmune's herbal formulation. Known as the "SMAC Herbal Trial", which yielded very encouraging results, the product will be undergoing final testing by the IMR and the NINPVB.
